A student whose account is in arrears may be excluded from enrolling in future classes, lectures, and laboratories until such payment or satisfactory arrangement is made. Grades, transcripts and honorable dismissals may also be withheld. Transcripts for the military, employers, both current and future, and to licensing agencies are exempt from being withheld by the university for financial obligations.
