PHIL 325 - Food Ethics


3 Credits
This course uses philosophical and interdisciplinary methods to discuss the morality of eating. It considers eating individually in terms of food choices, and socially in terms of priorities and technological developments regarding food production. If this course was taken as a special topics course, no additional credit will be given. (LAS) (PH) (VE) (GI)
