IABS 509 - Experimental Analysis of Behavior 3 Credits This course will explore the basic principles and theories of experimental analysis of behavior. Topics will include, for example, the role of biology in learning, classical and operant conditioning, generalization, stimulus equivalence and choice. Basic, translational and applied research will be explored, and their relevance to clinical work will be discussed. Students will also learn about the application of behavioral principles to training animals, discussing its relevance to human behavior. Prerequisite(s): IABS 501 - Foundations of Behavior Analysis
