PHCY 845 - Pharmacotherapy of Infectious Diseases 3

This course provides a thorough analysis of infectious diseases, including the pathophysiology of common infectious diseases and the therapies used to treat them. Infections in special populations including sepsis, tuberculosis, fungal infections, human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS), and opportunistic infections are covered. Prerequisite(s): Pharmacy courses are open to pharmancy students only.
