COMP 420 - Machine Learning 3 Credits This course provides an overview of fundamental concepts, techniques and algorithms in machine learning. In addition to learning machine learning algorithm concepts, students will also experience implementing a variety of algorithms. Covered topics include classification, neuron network, support vector machines, hidden Markov models, Bayesian networks, etc. Prerequisite(s): COMP 250 - Introduction to Data Mining and COMP 330 - Algorithm Analysis Other: This is a required course for the Computer and Data Science program
