PSYC 262 - Statistics and Research Methods for the Behavioral Sciences II


4 Credits
Survey of inferential statistics and research methods in the behavioral sciences and education. Statistical concepts include inferential statistics such as t-tests, analysis of variation and correlation. This course includes examination of factors that contribute to competent research designs and evaluation of existing research. Students will complete a research project and report their results in APA style. (LAS) (QR)
Prerequisite(s): PSYC 100 - Introductory Psychology  or PSYC 190 - Introduction to Psychological Research  and PSYC 261 - Statistics and Research Methods for the Behavioral Sciences I
