BIOL 596 - Independent Study/Research
1-3 Credits
Students select a topic or project to pursue through independent or small group work. Application forms for independent study/research ar eavailable in The Graduate Studies Program and must be approved by the project advisor, department chair and dean of the school. A maximum of six credits may be applied toward the non-thesis option, or a maximum of three credits toward the thesis option. A maximum of three credits may be applied toward required courses for the degree.
