MGMT 405 - Financial Aspects of Conservatorship/Guardianship

3 Credits
This course analyzes the key processes involved in guardianship of the estate: decision-making (substituted judgment versus best interests) regarding income and property, asset management planning, annual financial accounting, and entitlement program eligibility guidelines and application processes (including cash, medical, housing, energy, and education/training assistance social programs).
