SPEC 565 - Psychosocial Interventions and Autism Spectrum Disorders 3 Credits This course examines the social and mental health challenges commonly associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Etiology, assessment and intervention strategies will be discussed as well as their application in a variety of school and community-based settings. Students will be required to complete assessments and develop intervention plans for individuals on the spectrum in both in-class and practicum experiences.
