NURS 706 - Population and Global Health I: Health Policy

3 Credits
This course examines major global health challenges, programs and policies. You will analyze current and emerging global health priorities, including infectious diseases, poverty, emergencies, health inequity, health systems reforms, and major global initiatives. The course will incorporate knowledge and view from multiple academic disciplines (public health, economics, politics, leadership, sociology, etc.) in order to compare and contrast health policy in the United States and globally.
