NURS 502 - Advanced Practice Modalities of Psychotherapy

This hybrid course examines the psychiatric care of patients through the use of multiple psychotherapies. The course will incorporate knowledge, EBP practice approaches and multiple psychotherapies from healthcare disciplines in order to prepare the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to advocate for, educate and care for individuals, groups, and families as an independent practitioner.
