FIAR 249 - American Impressionism: Painters, Sites and Collections 3 Credits Explores the studios, sites, and collections of American artists who responded to the physical beauty found in their immediate surroundings. The Connecticut shoreline, in particular, provided ample subject matter for the newly explored aesthetic principles and investigations into the world of color, atmosphere, and light.
