NUTR 561 - Obesity 3 Credits This course will explore a wide spectrum of issues that contribute to our current knowledge and perspectives on obesity. These include: definitions and clinical assessment, etiologies, appetite and feeding controls, biopsychosocial consequences, treatment modalities, resources and the roles of health professionals. Other: Availability for real time teleconferences may be required (approximately 7-9 pm EST weekdays).
