HIST 217 - Sex, Freud and Morality: History and Culture of 1900 Vienna 3 Credits An interdisciplinary course focusing on the theme of sex and the city in the cultural and historical setting of 1900 Vienna, Austria. Topics include the history of sex, sex and social classes, sex and race, sex and politics, the theme of sex in cultural productions, and the role of sex in Freudian psychology.
