HDFS 360 - Family Relations

3 Credits
This course examines contemporary family relationships from a developmental and sociological perspective, focusing on both research and professional application. The connection between development and social forces is achieved through online discussion, readings, and other related curriculum. This course will be oriented around students developing an understanding of family relationships across the lifespan. The course will stress the importance of utilizing sound research in the quest for understanding the family functioning and development. (LAS)
