CHEM 426L - Biochemistry I Lab 1 Credits Laboratories are drawn from a wide array of biochemical topics, and may include: Enzyme and protein assays; Ion-exchange, affinity, and gel exclusion chromatography; Testing the purity of an enzyme using specific activity; Enzyme kinetics and inhibition.
Prerequisite(s): CHEM 200 - Organic Chemistry I completed with a C- or better. Corequisite(s): CHEM 426 - Biochemistry I ; Students who choose to take CHEM 426L must enroll in CHEM 426 concurrently
