CRMJ 310 - Law and Ethics

Law and ethics set the boundaries for all professional practice. This course explores the interplay between law and ethics, the creation and implementation of professional ethical standards, and key legal and ethical concepts. Decision-making models, culturally competent service delivery, due process and equal protection are also covered from both a legal and ethical standpoint.
