NUTR 315 - Community Nutrition I


2 Credits
Examination of community health and nutrition needs,major nutrition-related issues and health disparities, nutrition monitoring, nutrition interventions for vulnerable populations including food assistance programs, and planning successful community-based nutrition programs. Two hours lecture per week, fall semester.
