NURS 707 - Population and Global Health II: Health Advocacy
3 Credits This course uses the knowledge gained in NURS 706 - Population and Global Health I: Health Policy as a foundation for new knowledge aimed at preparing the DNP student to advance the agenda of the rapidly changing care environment. The course will incorporate knowledge and views from multiple academic disciplines (public health, economics, politics, leadership, sociology, etc.) in order to assist the student in conducting a community assessment. Student will address gaps in policy knowledge. Prerequisite(s): NURS 706 - Population and Global Health I: Health Policy
