Mission

The School of Health and Natural Sciences is dedicated to providing a rigorous, high quality education focused on preparing the student for a career as a scientist with emphasis on health careers such as nursing and nutrition as well as educational and technology careers in mathematical and computer sciences. Our diverse offerings support those students seeking to pursue advanced degrees in medicine, pharmacy, veterinary, dental sciences  and environmental science to support the future of our planet and ensure the health of its population. Committed to the growth of the whole person in a caring environment, the school grounds its curriculum in a firm foundation of liberal arts with the goal of educating students in the Catholic intellectual tradition.
