4+3 Health Science B.S. to Doctor of Physical Therapy, University of Hartford

Requirements

• An overall prerequisite GPA of 3.2 and a science GPA of 3.2 is required with no grade lower than a C.
• Classes may not be repeated more than once.
• All sceince and exercise physiology courses must be taken at the University of Saint Joseph, or if transferring into USJ, then any science and exercise science courses may only be transferred in from a 4-year, regionally accredited college or university.

Additional DPT Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 10 hours (recommended at least 25) of observation in a physical therapy setting.
