NUTR 416 - Medical Nutrition Therapy II

Part 2 of Medical Nutrition Therapy I, builds on continuing the nutrition care plan to focus on assessment, intervention, monitoring and evaluation. Special attention is given to patients with multiple diseases using a case study format.
